Shaaba Group is a consortium of companies with interests in general trading, building and road construction, manufacturing, hospitality and consulting. Started in 1984, the group has established its name as one of the leading business concerns in the West African subregion. Operating from its headquarters in Accra, Ghana, its constituent companies have a presence in all ten (10) regions of Ghana and most of the West African sub–region.

• Shaaba Enterprises Limited:

A general merchandising organisation dealing mainly in imported household, light agricultural and capital goods, ceramic tiles, electronics, hardware, upholstery, supermarket items, among other merchandise.

• Shaaba Processing and Bottling Company:

A processing and distributing company and the producer of Smile natural mineral water and Sha-Sha fruit juice, all well-known brands in Ghana.

• Shaaba Roads and Building Construction Limited: 

A building and road construction company.

• Cooker Masters Company Limited:

A gas cooker assembling and distribution company.

• Golden Blue Aluminium Company Limited:

An aluminium manufacturing company.

The company, through its entrepreneurial drive and ambitions, has also invested in the hospitality industry with a stake in the Ramada Resort (New Cocobeach Limited).
