Shaaba Group Limited was incorporated on the 22nd of September, 2011, having complied with the provisions of sections 27 and 28 of the Companies Code, 1963 and commenced business on the 20th of May 2013
Having grown from the first company, Shaaba Enterprises, established in 1984 as a sole proprietorship and incorporated in 1989 as a company limited by shares. The focus of the group is to bring together a team that provides an exciting place of work, where teamwork, staff friendliness, and a dedication to providing satisfactory solutions are our utmost priorities.
The company is researching, investing and expanding into new industries rapidly. The GROUP has, since its inception, evolved into one of the leading concerns not only in Ghana but also in the West African Sub-Region, reaching countries such as Togo, Côte d’Ivoire, and Nigeria, and employing approximately 521 people at present.
